Processing Time
Ready-made arrangements normally ship within 3 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Custom and wedding orders require additional preparation time, which may be several weeks. Timing depends on the order and will be stated in the listing or agreed upon with you before purchase. Please contact joyfulfloralsco@gmail.com to discuss your deadline.

Shipping Rates
For the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.:
• Standard shipping on orders under $85: $8
• Standard shipping on orders $85 and up: Free
• Express shipping: $15

Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $15. We also ship to Armed Forces Americas addresses. Available rates are displayed at checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories.

Express Shipping
Express shipping provides faster transit after your order ships. It does not shorten preparation time. If you need an order sooner, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.

Delivery and Tracking
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service. Processing time is separate from transit time. You will receive tracking information when your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Problems
